It’s no secret I’m a big fan of kettlebells and use them in my training – a lot! The kettlebell swing has a special place in my heart – I’ve yet to find an exercise that really takes everything I’ve got and leave the “tank” empty. I’ve been using 60lbs for the last several weeks and it’s been getting a litte to easy as they are starting to float a little too easily. Today we (my trainer + I) upped the weight to 70lbs (2 x 35lbs). Of course I had to document the occassion because isn’t that what a good blogger would do? Please excuse the crazy faces in the video!
