We’re celebrating NOW. Yes, now. This moment. This is actually quite a remarkable moment, if we’re open to seeing it. Yoga helps us be present to the WOW, like seeing the world through a new lens. So let’s use this lens, and the lens on our cameras, to capture how Now=Wow.

Every week we’ll showcase a new Manduka Spring Collection color: Pop, Pulse, Glow, Breeze and Shade. We’ll share what inspired these colors, then you share what they inspire you to notice in your own life. Instagram or Tweet a photo tagged #NowIsWow, or upload to the Facebook Now=Wow contest page. After each week, we’ll collect your photos into galleries and select one yogi to win the entire family of Manduka products in that color.

Manduka POP

From Manduka.com here’s the specs on this awesome yoga towel:

Manduka eQua – a towel for life – is the ‘next generation’ in multi-purpose towels. Extremely lightweight, yet plush, durable, super-absorbent, non-slip and quick drying, the eQua microfiber towel outperforms ordinary cotton or polyester towels – on the mat, at the gym, on a mountain, or on the road.

Now thicker and plusher for better absorbency and slip-resistance, the new & improved eQua towel is the perfect companion to all Manduka high performance yoga mats. The eQua Mat Towel spreads over any yoga mat to add traction to sweaty palms and feet. The versatile eQua doubles as a germ-free gym towel to absorb perspiration, as a meditation shawl so you can stay warm during cool sitting sessions, or as a highly absorbent travel or hiking towel which takes up a minimum amount of packing space. Slip-resistant, when moist, this super-soft microfiber towel provides extra grip for sweaty hands and feet.

eQua Towel in Breeze

So how can YOU WIN one of these towels (in Pop, Shade, or Breeze) for yourself? Leave a comment telling me what your favorite kind of yoga is! More good news this giveaway is open to the USA and CANADA!!!

*Manduka is providing me with a complimentary eQua towel for sharing this information with you. However, I wouldn’t post about it if I truly didn’t love the product!*

Well, yoga is still new to me! I’m trying to do it more often and think it will get more accessible as I lose weight :) . Right now I’m loving Yin Yoga at TAC! :)

  2. I love just easy peasy yoga, but would love to try a Bikram class!

  3. To be honest, I have no clue what my favorite type of yoga is. I’ve only gone to classes at the YMCA. I know the stretching one isn’t for me. I like more deeper, and difficult poses.

  4. My favourite type of yoga is Hot Yoga!

  5. I’m new to Yoga and have tried a few beginner classes but my favorite has to be Hot Yoga! ;) Thank you for this great giveaway!

  6. My favorite is ashtanga vinyasa. …though I really love doing any type.
    Awesome giveaway, thanks!!

  7. It depends on what my other exercise is. Right now, I’m doing a fair amount of strength training and ultimate frisbee, so a nice relaxing stretch yoga class is perfect. When I rely more on yoga for heart-pumping activity, I love a good vinyasa class.
    Thanks for the giveaway!

  8. Thank you for hosting this giveaway! I’m a yoga newb myself and trying local classes, but so far I’ve been enjoying Iyengar the most. There’s a lot of focus on correct positioning and using blocks to better get into “correct” form or modifications, and the instructor in that class tends to walk around to see our positioning more than other instructors I’ve had. Since I’m still learning the basics, the focus on doing it correctly but still maintaining a flow is really helpful for me. But I do want to try Vinyasa next!

  9. Francisca S. says:

My fave type of yoga is hot yoga — which is why I’m just dying to try out this towel :)

  10. I have been going 3 times a week for a month and so far I love it. I have only done the intermediate class but I love it.

  11. While I love the strengthening poses, my favourite flows are ones that focus on stretching and relaxation.
