Like most of you I find that if I let the day get away from me and 5 o’colock rolls around and I have yet to get to the gym chances of me getting there are slim. I’m fortunate enough to only work 3 days a week and of course those are the days I struggle with when to fit the gym in. I’m not a morning person – I should probably attempt some kind of morning workout but I LOVE my sleep! Today after lunch I felt like a nap – instead I decided I’d head to the gym for a quick session before picking up the kids from school – I would move my work until later tonight. However, my headphones needed to be charged – thus no gym trip. I was determined to do something so I whipped up a little tabata workout to get me over the afternoon need for a nap. It’s only 24 minutes long – we’ve all got 24 minutes!
The nice part about this workout is your don’t need any equipment! I used my GYMBOSS timer to keep me on track but that’s all I needed….Oh and of course I had my tunes cranked up! I burned 279 calories with this workout so I’ll be finishing the remaining 220 during The Biggest Loser tonight!







I like this! I actually downloaded a Tabata app a while ago, but haven’t gotten around to figuring out what a tabata is! LOL. Now I know what to use the timer for
