Congrats to Patti! Hope you enjoy FitnessGlo!

Congrats to Patti! Hope you enjoy FitnessGlo!

I’ve been talking about it for a few weeks now – you’ve seen it on my instagram, facebook, and twitter…FitnessGlo. It’s been added to my collection of online workout subscription programs and it’s a great way to supplement your gym routine or if your just plain busy with no time for a gym, I’ve said in past posts that this is a great option.

What I like about this site is the variety of the workouts available. Weather you feel like barre, strength, dance, step or stretching FitnessGlo will have something for you. You can also choose your class based on how much time you have, anywhere from 5-45minutes = winning! This leaves you with NO EXCUSE not to get active. This is perfect for the busy woman – weather you stay at home or work – we all have “no time”, FitnessGlo allows you to sneak in a few minutes wherever you can – and they keep track for you so you know how to balance your workout = less thinking for you!

fitness_glo_history

This is my “history” screen and you can see how it would keep you on track and keep your workouts balanced. Ideally that gray flower will turn green – you have to meet your goal and then it turns – since it’s only Tuesday I’m just starting my week.

I added some weights and push-ups to the end!

My Office Workout Last Week.

A membership to FitnessGlo.com is $12 a month, that’s like 3 latte’s! If you want to do some of the more – what I deem more challenging – workouts you’ll need some equipment: a BOSU ball, a medicine ball, and some weights. Even if you were to go out and purchase all the equipment you’d still be saving money and time as you wouldn’t be driving to a gym every day!

fitness_glo_classAnother thing I liked was you can choose your class by instructor – we all have someone’s style we enjoy more than others and FitnessGlo gives you options which is great! Did you know? FitnessGlo was created for women, by women and it was designed for busy women to sneak in a workout during a busy schedule. That’s why the classes are shorter in duration and can be combined with other classes to create longer workouts – it’s like they know exactly how are days go!

Think your ready to give it a try? One lucky reader will win a 90 Day Subscription to FitnessGlo!! Super awesome right? To enter please leave a comment telling me how FitnessGlo would help you fit fitness into your busy life. Contest closes February 23rd 2013 at 11:59pmEST.

  1. Courtney – mark me down for this giveaway :) This would be great, especially since I don’t drive, and getting to the gym can be a challenge for me!

  2. Hi Courtney-

Great blog, follow daily. Even though I do not have an instagram, I love seeing how you are eating less breads and pastas and the food still looks great. I am a transcrpitionist, always in front of the computer with very little “me” time but Fitness glo would be perfect because I could take several breaks and squeeze in the shorter work outs right in my office space (at home).

Thanks for all of your motivation-

    Gigi

  3. I absolutely love Fitnessglo! Have been using it for the past couple of weeks now. :)

  4. I really want to try Fitnessglo! I work out every morning to a video and it would be nice to try even more variety.

  5. Rachael H. says:

I am terrible at motivating myself!! I think Fitnessglo would definitely help with that! thanks for the chance!

  6. Jamie Reilly says:

This would be amazing! With 2 young kids and a busy job, some nights just don’t have time for me to travel to the gym. I think this looks fantastic and so so convenient. :)

  7. Thanks for this review. It’s been very helpful – certainly has piqued my interest in this website! I’d love the opportunity to check it out. I had to give up my gym membership in order to get my finances in order this year, so anything that will help me stay active while cutting my costs is appreciated!

  8. As a mom of 3 boys w/a full time job this would really help me fit my workouts in and keep me organized. I’m always forgetting to log my workouts so this would help show my progression. Thanks for the chance!
