Yesterday I woke up and realized I only had 58 days until my final weigh-in for the contest at my gym. It’s time to crack down and get s&*t done! I’ve been bad at tracking via My Fitness Pal but I figure since I instagram everything anyway, I’d keep a visual food diary every day. I did it today and it was great. Super easy and just snap before I eat. This way everything I eat is shared with all my “followers”. Here’s what today looked like…

Breakfast: 3 Eggs, 1 Green Pepper, Hot Sauce | Lunch: 6″ Roasted Chicken Sub (lettuce, tomato, green pepper, onion, 1/2 serving sub sauce) 1 snack bag of baked lays
I realize the lunch was not ideal however, we were out for a special lunch with the kids for valentine’s day. I did remove the entire top piece of the bun = winning! I also managed to have willpower and avoid the cookies – I opted for the snack bag of Baked Lays at 130 calories.

Snack: almonds from starbucks after training | Dinner: Green pepper, 1 avocado, and some ground turkey.
I almost had a protein shake at the gym but the kids ran away before I could order! Thank goodness I had a stash of almonds in my purse! As for my dinner I only ended up eating 1/2 of it.

I have followed you on IG (smartin224) for a couple of weeks now and I always love to see everything you post. I sent my husband to Subway one night last week and told him to have them thin my bread out (aka, basically pull all of the middle out leaving nothing but the “shell”…saw them do this on The Biggest Loser) and he said they looked at him like he had 3 heads
