I’ve watched the biggest loser for years now, sadly some of those years included watching it from the couch while snacking and somehow hoping that I’d magically become fit by watching. Thankfully now I prefer to watch my TV shows while walking on the treadmill or climbing on the step mill. It just feels like the right that you work as hard as the people you’re watching on the screen – it’s a great motivation. Normally I’d make a trip to the gym and hop on the treadmill to watch – however, this Sunday The Biggest Loser airs after my gym is closed for the night .
That inspired me to create a workout we can all do together while watching people change their lives. Will you join me on Sunday night? This workout should take you through the 1st hour of the show – feel free to take it easy in the 2nd hour – make sure in the 2nd hour you get up at every commercial and at least walk in place.
There now that you’re done think of all the extra calories you just burned – and you would have just been sitting on the couch – no more wasting time!
