I haven’t been to the gym since Tuesday and I’m starting to get crazy. My trainer has put me on “rest” for 2 days as my body has been showing signs of over-training and the newest competition at my gym starts on Friday so I need to be ready to bring it for the next 12 weeks. As Sully would say “Like a Boss!”
At our weekly meeting tonight we got challenged to write down our goals following the SMART method. I’m going to work on those and then I will post them here – making me accountable. One goal I know I want to reach in the 12 weeks is to reach 175lbs by the end of the competition.
So I need to lose and average of 2.5lbs per week which is an achievable amount and some weeks may be more, some less. It just needs to average over to about 2.5/week.
Tomorrow is weigh-in day for the challenge and after that it’s game time. I’ll be working my butt off (literally) and giving it everything I’ve got. I can’t wait to see what the next 12 weeks will bring!

What an awesome goal! 175 is my next “goal” number. Not sure how long I want to give myself to get there though… I’m hosting another dietbet in february so maybe that will be my end of dietbet goal. I’m planning on doing whole 30 in february too! That is certainly going to help me get there!
Good luck with the Whole30 – I just don’t think I can do it. I’ve read the book and such but I just can’t decide. Think I’ll stick to my paleo/juicing.
